Subject:
what would a day in your "dream" life look like?
Hello!,
Last night I came home from picking up my younger boys from camp in Maine. Instead of driving both ways in one day, I decided to go up on Tuesday morning and spend some time with friends who summer in the Portland area.
I went up alone so it was great to be unscheduled for a day. I got to read, cook with my friends and their extended family while playing music and sipping margaritas (it was TACO TUESDAY). I relaxed on the porch overlooking the water and I got to sip tea by the fire with my friends.
I also got to make a video for YOU. This is a topic that came up in my mastermind group coaching last week and I decided to offer you this exercise as it may help you get clear on what you need to be working on.
Because I KNOW that the GAP between what you want and what you have is not as wide as you think and that only when you bring all those dreams, thoughts and longings to the consciousness and begin getting clear on where you need to take action is when shifts happen.
Let me know how you did with this exercise. Send me an email or leave a comment in social media, I can't wait to hear you SHIFT ;-)
Have a great weekend,
