Hello!,
It’s December and I’m in Buenos Aires visiting family and taking some time to regroup. For the last few years, I’ve spent a week or so in Buenos Aires this time of year and it has become a tradition for me.
It’s a moment that I take, away from my responsibilities at home in the US, even away from my husband and children and a time where I reconnect with my old self. My childhood friends, my childhood memories, my siblings, parents and extended family.
This is important to me because it’s during this time that I take stock of what has happened during the year and I begin to design the next year.
In this video, I tell you more about this process and how I have integrated this habit into the work I do with my clients.
