CLARITY ASSESSMENT

At any point in our business, we struggle with some aspect that is not working quite right.

This assessment will help you identify where in your business you are in need of CLARITY. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • For each CLARITY LAYER give yourself a score from 1-10 (10 being I'm really CLEAR - 1 being I need some HELP) 
  • Once you are done, complete the last question to identify where you need to focus first and what action/s you need to take. 
  • We have provided examples of the "conversations in your head" to help you score your level of clarity

CORE IDEA / CORE MESSAGING

How CLEAR are you on your Cornerstone IDEA for IMPACT?  What is your CORE IDEA, THE CORE MESSAGE of your business?

Examples of how to score:

"I hide in a corner every time someone asks me what I do. That's one of the reasons I avoid networking" = 1 

"I know what my business does, BUT it takes me soooo long to explain it, and I feel like I'm boring people." = 5

"I'm very succinct. People are impressed when I answer that question and typically, they want to learn more." = 10

How CLEAR are you on your PROPRIETARY SYSTEM? What is the unique proprietary “recipe” that allows you to bring your idea to the marketplace? What is the process that you follow, consciously and unconsciously, every time you are working with a client?

How CLEAR are you on your BUSINESS MODEL? What is the unique way you organize your different revenue streams to maximize the ROI of each offering? How do you organize your services so that you can make the most money with your time?

SERVICES/PRODUCT PACKAGING

How CLEAR are you on your packages, programs and ways you can group and price your product or services? What is the most efficient way to package your products and services within the business model defined?

How CLEAR are you on your TRUST FUNNEL, the way you ATTRACT, NURTURE & CONVERT your followers, audience and email subscribers, your LEADS to working with you? How are you going to bring these products and services to the market in a way that feels authentic, makes you stand out, and establishes a trust-based connection with your desired market?

MARKET / AUDIENCE

How CLEAR are you on your MARKET, your AUDIENCE? Who do you want to be a hero to? Who are you uniquely aligned to work with?

CULTURE / MINDSET

How CLEAR are you on your business growth MINDSET? Who do you need to be, how do you align your team and build collaborative teams? Are you building a GROWTH MINDSET culture? What does your company’s culture look like? How do you empower and lean into possibility and opportunity? What is the conversation in your head? Who do you need to be to take your business where it needs to go?

Examples of how to score:

"I really don't think I have what it takes. Maybe I'm not cut out for this." = 1 

"I am doing well, but there's so much to do. I have a great team, but we are a bit messy. I'm not clear on how to motivate them or identify and use each person's brilliance where it would serve our company best." = 5

"I know what my business stands for, what our company values and my team and I are committed to being our best. I understand that we will grow, but we know we are growing together and will be meeting challenges head on." = 10

SYSTEMS

How CLEAR are you on your SYSTEMS? What are COMPANY HABITS (repetitive activities) that will support your goals? What does “action” look like each step of the way? How do you prioritize, organize, measure progress, and create repeatable processes with predictable results?

"I have systems and processes for consistent action. I'm clear on who is doing what, and we have a way to track our progress." = 10

VISION

How CLEAR are you on your company's overall VISION? What is your BIG, BOLD vision? If you had a magic wand, what would you want your business to look like in 12 months, 3 years, 5 years? What would you want your life to look like in 12 months, 3 years, 5 years?

"I know exactly where my business is going. We have a very clear vision for our future." = 10
